How Long Does The Return Process Take?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in good condition suitable for evaluation, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to fill up the Return Merchandise Authorization form and send it together with the item. Please note that when returning an item, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
